This is one of my favorite recipes to make! It tastes great and it has tons of protein and veggies!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 cups of steamed broccoli (cut into bite size pieces)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons of all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons butter
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt the butter in a medium size skillet on medium heat. Mix the flour and milk on top of the butter slowly (be sure to stir constantly to avoid lumps).
- After the mixture thickens add the cheese and continue stirring until you are left with a thick sauce, add salt and pepper.
- In an oven safe dish add the broccoli, then pour the sauce on top and sprinkle the bread crumbs over everything.
- Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
