Rump Arounds: Creme De La Creme OS Pocket Diapers {Giveaway}

Photobucket

I featured Rump Arounds One Size Cloth Diapers  on the blog just a few months ago and I had a fantastic experience trying out their affordable but high quality cloth diapers. I am a fan of the brand already so when I found out I was going to try out their new Creme De La Creme diapers I was extremely excited.

Ecobubs: Wool-Blend Pocket Diapers Review {Giveaway}

Photobucket
I came across Ecobubs diapers one night while searching for wool covers for my son.  I was looking for a good overnight diaper option other than bamboo and I was super excited to find the Ecobubs wool-blend pocket diapers.

The Ecobubs diapers are a pocket diaper with a unique blend of specially spun New Zealand wool. The wool (outer layer) is super soft and provides a protective barrier against leaks.  The cool thing about the unique wool they use is that it doesn't require any lanolin and you can machine wash it and tumble dry it/hang dry it with your other diapers.

Tender Tushies: One Size & Bamboo Diapers Review {Giveaway}

diaps

I am pleased to feature and introduce you to a Maple Ridge based company that has a mission to provide cloth diapers and accessories for every budget.  At Tender Tushies you can find one size pocket diapers, minky diapers, bamboo diapers, wet bags, trendy baby legs and other accessories at great prices.

I got to try their One Size Pocket Diapers and their Bamboo diapers and I am very pleased with both. I love pocket diapers and they make up the majority of my stash so I was excited to try out their diapers and I am glad to say they didn't disappoint.

tt

Their One Size Pocket Diaper fits babies from about 7lbs until they are potty trained.  The outer PUL material is stretchy to provide a perfect fit. The diaper has two rows of snaps on the top (to adjust the waist/thigh) and three rows of snaps on the middle to adjust rise.

tt

The inside of the diaper is made of micro fleece that is soft and I love because it wicks moisture away from my son's skin.   The diaper comes with one insert that has 5 layers of microfibre.  For older babies like my son or for night time I recommend you use two microfibre inserts to avoid leaks, one insert is usually o.k for younger babies.

I found the fit was great and I liked the stretchy material that made it easy to get a proper fit to avoid leaks. I used their bamboo inserts for day time use and we had no leaks.

Their Bamboo Diapers are made of a blend of organic cotton and bamboo. They are $3 more than their regular One Size diapers but they are excellent for extra absorbency and I recommend them if you can afford the little extra money.

tt

Each Bamboo diaper comes with one insert made of 2 layers of bamboo and 3 of microfiber.  I really like how absorbent the bamboo inserts are and also how thin they are compared to the microfiber.  The inner of the Bamboo diaper is made of Micro-polar fleece and Bamboo Carbon Fiber. I really love how soft they are.

Their Bamboo diapers are also One Size and they have the same adjustments as their regular One Size ones. We were able to get a good fit right from the beginning.
In general I had a good experience trying out both of their diapers and I would definitively shop at their store again.  I really like some of their unique prints and the fact that their diapers are affordable and high quality.  I recommend you give them a try too.

Win it: One lucky reader from the US/CAN will receive one of their One Size diapers (of your choice). Click "Read more" below to see the Rafflecopter form to enter.

Incredibum Bamboo Cloth Diapers Review {Giveaway}

Incredibum

I am a huge fan of bamboo, we have lots of clothes made of bamboo and of course cloth diapers and inserts made of bamboo that we love.  Being a heavy wetter my son is only able to wear bamboo cloth diapers to bed to avoid having any leaks.

I was of course very excited when I was chosen to review the new Incredibum One Size (8-35lbs) Bamboo Cloth Diapers, one of their wet bags and their bamboo wipes.

Incredibum

The Incredibum One Size Bamboo diaper has 3 rows of snaps to adjust the rise and 2 rows of snaps to adjust the sides, I like that there is elastic in the back and front of the diaper to allow for a great fit and contain any messes.

Incredibum

The diaper's pad insert is made up of bamboo (67%), cotton (23%), and polyester (10%). The shell is made up of polyester (100%), TPU waterproof coating and Microfiber fleece lining. I love how soft these diapers are.

Incredibum
Incredibum

Each diaper comes with two bamboo snap in pad inserts that are ultra absorbent. We have tried the Incredibum diaper during nap and at night time and we haven't had any leaking so far.  The diaper is great for day and night and it has a super trim fit.

Incredibum

The Incredibum wet bag is reversible (two color options) and it holds 3-5 diapers and wipes, and other wet items.  I really like how thick the bag is and that it really looks like it would last a long time.  I also like that it has a drawstring closure so I don't have to deal with metal zippers.

I also got to try their Bum-boo wipes. I really like the fact that they are super soft and because they are made of bamboo (90%) they have a natural antibacterial element. I love that they are a lot bigger than other wipes we own, almost double the size!  They are great to take with us inside of the diaper bag for emergencies too. Super absorbent and soft!

We loved the Incredibum products we received and I recommend you check out their website to find out where you can buy their awesome products.

Buy it:  Sandbox Lane is offering our readers an exclusive 15% off discount for all Incredibum products with code: "rafflecopter"

Win it: One of my US/CAN readers will win one Incredibum OS Bamboo Diaper (blue or pink).  Click "Read more" below to see the Rafflecopter form to enter to win.

SoftBums Omni One Size Cloth Diaper Review {Giveaway}

I was recently offered the opportunity to review and feature SoftBums Omni Diapers and DryTouch Pods for the blog and I couldn't be happier!  I love trying out new diapers for my little one and sharing my reviews with all of you.

When I received my package from SoftBums I pre-washed everything immediately.  Usually I prepare my new diapers by washing them anytime I do laundry,  so it can take a few days before they are ready. Luckily it was laundry day and I had a few loads to wash so in just one day I got them ready to go.

The Omni Diapers fleece liner and the DryTouch pods (Mini and Super) both were SO soft. I love diapers that are soft and stay soft after several washes.  The Omni Diaper is a Multi-purpose Pocket diaper. It can be used as a regular Pocket by stuffing the inserts inside of the pocket, as an All-In-2 by snapping the inserts to the cover and as a cover by using it over flats or prefolds.

This diaper is a one size diaper that has a Slide²Size system to adjust and get a perfect fit.  It is a system I have never seen before but it works! I love how it is faster and easier to adjust than the elastic/button system used in other cloth diapers. You simply pinch the toggle and pull the drawstring to adjust to any size.  With this system the diaper can be adjusted to fit a newborn and a toddler up to 40lbs and it definitely fits my 24lbs baby perfectly!

I tried it as a pocket diaper and I found the pocket super easy to stuff. I like that it is compatible with with my other diaper inserts so I was able to use my bamboo inserts for naps/night times without any leaks.

I also tried it as a all-in-2 and I added a bamboo insert inside with the Super-Dry-Touch Pod snapped in for extra protection.   Super absorbent! Every time I changed his diaper he was dry and the actual inserts were super heavy, still no leaking!

We had one messy diaper during our test and I am pleased to say that the Super-Dry Touch Pod contained the mess and the cover was not dirty. It meant I was able to reuse the cover one more time. With wet diapers the cover can be easily reused several times before washing.

We are really loving our SoftBums and I love the bright color and super cute logo on the side.   This is a great diaper to use if you are looking for a multi-purpose diaper that will work for the newborn stage up to potty training.

Win it: One lucky OneSmileyMonkey reader from the US will win one SoftBums Omni Diaper and DryTouch Pods.   Click "Read more" below to see the Rafflecopter form to enter to win.

Rump Arounds One Size Pocket Diapers Review {Giveaway}

Ra

Getting started and putting together a decent size cloth diaper stash for your baby can take time and it is usually a bit expensive to begin with. The best way to get your stash without having to pay an initial large amount is to purchase them one at a time or start collecting them during your pregnancy. Adding them to your babyshower's registry is also a great idea to build up the number of diapers without emptying your bank account.

I am excited to feature Rump Around Cloth Diapers. A very affordable cloth diapering solution that is perfect  if you are looking to start or add to your stash. You can even buy multiples of these for what you would get just one of some other brands. A great deal!

Ra

I received two of their OS pocket diapers to try and one of their wetbags.  Each diaper goes for about $9 and you get one insert per diaper. One of the best prices I have seen out there!

Their pocket diapers are very similar to most pocket diapers out there.  The one really cool thing about them is that you can customize the second row of snaps if necessary.  They can add an extra row of 8 snaps or change the design to a tripe snap design.  This is very useful when having a lot of fit issues. I mean not all babies are the same size and proportions and being able to personalize it (at no extra cost) is pretty cool!

Ra

Let's talk about the beautiful prints now. They have so many super adorable prints! Look at the Mickey Minky one I got or the Monkey one. Too adorable! I love cloth diaper companies that have lots of awesome prints to pick from.  Also, for that prize I can add two extra diapers to my stash without feeling guilty.

Ra

The outside of the diaper is made of PUL (and minky outer for the Mickey one) and the inside material of the diaper is the soft fleece that keeps moisture away from the skin and keeps baby comfortable.  The inserts are made of microfiber like most other pocket diapers available on the market.

Their wetbag is a pretty good size to carry inside of my diaper bag and perfect to keep soiled diapers contained when on the go.  I haven't had any leaking issues so far and I can fit about 3-4 diapers inside.

Ra

We tried both Rump Arounds diapers out during the day and we didn't have any leaking. (note: I now use hemp inserts with ALL of my pockets because my 1 year old leaks with ALL microfiber so I used hemp with my Rump Arounds).

For nap times and at night we only use bamboo inserts so I didn't even try the pockets with microfiber as I know that he needs the extra absorbency and would leak, but that started only a few months ago so I am sure these diapers will hold and wouldn't leak for younger babies. You can always add a bamboo insert to your pockets for night time when using them with older children.

In general Rump Arounds diapers are just what you need if you want to try pocket cloth diapers without investing a ton of money.  You can build a day stash with just $54.  That sounds like a great number to me !

Win it: One of my readers from US/CAN will win a Rump Arounds OS diaper and one matching wet bag. Click "Read more" below to see the Rafflecopter form and enter to win.

Zookies Waterproof Cloth Diaper Cover Feature & Giveaway

I received one Waterproof Cloth Diaper Cover from Zookies Crafts for review over a month ago.  I have been trying it out and so far we love it!

One of my favorite things about this cover is that it is handcrafted!  Zookies Crafts is a family owned and operated store and I really love all the little details and the beautiful wrapping that I received when they sent my cover.

The print I received is beautiful and I love the vibrant colors. It is very unique,  all of their designs are very different from your ordinary cloth diaper cover.

I have washed the cover many times now and the colors are still looking as new as the when I first received it.

This cover has rise snaps that are helpful for finding the perfect fit and make the cover very adjustable.  I found that I had no issues with how it fits my little guy and it seems very comfortable. He was pretty happy wearing it and loved the print.

I used both prefold and fitted cloth diapers underneath for the review and I experienced no leaking issues. I am very happy with this cover and I would recommend it to all of my eco conscious parents looking for unique and beautiful prints.

Win it: Zookies Crafts has generously offered one of my lucky readers worldwide a chance to win one of their Diaper Covers (of their choice).Click read more for the entry form below.

Bamboo Doodlez All in One Diaper Review and *Discount Code*

Bamboo Doodlez AIO by Monkey Doodlez
I have always wanted to try bamboo diapers and I finally got the chance to do it thanks to Monkey Doodlez.  I was a bit nervous after I received my Bamboo Doodlez AIO diaper to review as I have never used a cloth diaper on my son overnight. As he is getting older he is sleeping longer stretches of time, which is great for us, but he is also a very heavy wetter and wearing regular microfiber/cotton diapers is not really an option for 9-10 hours straight.

Modern Cloth Diapering, Our Big Switch (FuzziBunz Diapers Review)

FuzziBunz One Size
I have been using Cloth Diapers (CDs) for my little boy for a couple of months now and so far I am pretty happy we made the switch from disposables.  During my pregnancy I was presented with many options regarding diapering my baby and although I did some research I still felt a little unclear on the pros and cons of each approach. I was a bit worried about how difficult it was going to be to use CDs. Like many people I immediately envisioned a folded white cloth with a giant metal pin holding it together (like from my youth).  Little did I know about the “modern”  cloth natural/fiber based diapers that are now available and how much easier it is for us to use them than it was for our mothers and grandmothers. For starters, some diapers look pretty much like disposables do, there is no need to fold or pin them. On top of that the cleaning routine is also a lot easier with the help of washing machines and specialty green detergents.
