Ecobubs: Wool-Blend Pocket Diapers Review {Giveaway}

I came across Ecobubs diapers one night while searching for wool covers for my son.  I was looking for a good overnight diaper option other than bamboo and I was super excited to find the Ecobubs wool-blend pocket diapers.

The Ecobubs diapers are a pocket diaper with a unique blend of specially spun New Zealand wool. The wool (outer layer) is super soft and provides a protective barrier against leaks.  The cool thing about the unique wool they use is that it doesn't require any lanolin and you can machine wash it and tumble dry it/hang dry it with your other diapers.

The diaper has a front pocket opening, a thin layer of PUL (polyutherene) and microfleece that is super soft against your baby's skin.  Each diaper comes with one microfiber insert and you can purchase an additional insert for even more protection at night.  The inserts are very large and really absorbent,   most of my other pockets have inserts that are half the size so I loved having the large inserts that absorb a lot more.

I love the feel of the wool and having the extra protection for night time. I used it with both inserts and I had no leaking.  My son sleeps for 11 hours every night so I was very pleased when I checked his diaper in the morning to find that the inserts were soaked but the bed sheets were dry. Something else I like is that wool regulates temperature so they are great for the winter to keep him warm.

The Ecobubs diapers come in three different sizes and we received the Medium,  it was a great fit and I like that I can adjust the waist with snaps (2 rows of 3 snaps each). I am sure we can wear this size for a while still since we are on the smallest setting at the moment.   

I also really like the waist elastics in both front and back because they ensure messes are contained IN the diaper. 

We loved testing the Ecobubs diapers and I really like that they are fast drying and very high quality, plus they are so cute, the designs are awesome and very unique as well.  I recommend them and we definitively want to get a few more.
