Tommee Tippee Explora Tableware Feature & Giveaway

My little one is exploring new foods everyday and eating different and exciting meals but it is hard work to keep the food in his plate and on the tray. He loves grabbing the food and feeding himself but it is nearly impossible to do in a regular bowl because the minute I put the plate on top of his tray he grabs it and eventually everything ends up spilled on the floor.

That was until I received my Tommee Tippee Explora Easi-mat and Weaning Bowls to try. After some seriously speedy delivery I received my items and I couldn't wait to try them.

Their Easi-mat lives up to the name. It is so easy to use.  You can stick it to any flat surface and it stays attached to the tray even after he pulls very hard to remove it.  I love the fact that I can roll it and pack it in my diaper bag to take with me everywhere.

The Easi-mat has an easy release tab that makes removing it a breeze for me but impossible to move for him.  Something important is that it is BPA-free.  It is obviously in close contact with his hands and his food so that is something to always check for.

I like that to clean my mat I just wipe it clean or run it under warm soapy water.  Easy to clean and it is ready for the next meal. You can use the mat in conjunction with all Tomeee Tippee Explora tableware.

I also received a set of their Weaning Bowls and I must say they work great together with the Easi-mat.  My son is very strong and I was curious wondering if the bowl was going to stay in place or not. After placing it in front of him he pulled hard and tried to remove it many times but he was unable to. After a little while he got bored of pulling it and moved on to something else.

They REALLY work!

The Weaning Bowls (11floz/ 325ml) are also BPA-free and  microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe.  They are stackable for easy storage as well. I love their size because I can fit a lot of fruit in them and let him explore with his hands and enjoy his food feeding himself.

  2.  I started weaning in about 3 weeks, and I want to avoid as many problems as possible!  But, I'm still excited!

The most challenging for us is losing the quiet time we spend together when I was feeding. Like losing that special bond.
