Organic Cotton Hooded Jacket Review *Closed Giveaway*

 

I love reviewing eco-friendly and organic clothes and featuring the companies that offer them.  I was lucky to have a chance to recently connect with Green Bean Baby,  a local mom-owned company that specializes in offering organic cotton baby clothing and accessories.

All of their beautiful designs are made in Canada and they are made from 100% certified organically grown cotton. Using only organically grown cotton means no harmful chemicals, pesticides, metal dyes or fire retardants used in the process of growing and manufacturing the cotton.  That all sounds great to me!

For my review I received an Organic Cotton Hooden Jacket from Green Bean Baby.  The very first thing I noticed was how soft the cotton was.  It is wonderful to know that my baby's delicate skin is in contact with only the softest and safest cotton around.

I love the simple yet fashionable design.  The green vine detail is beautiful and it goes all the way around the hood and the zipper.  This design can be seen in both sides (double sided) making it very unique.

Here is my son wearing his jacket. Note that the jacket fits a bit too big on him because I asked for a 12-18 size purposely. Since he outgrows all of his clothes so fast I always try to get the next size up!

I machine wash the jacket and hang it to dry and it looks just like new after a couple of washes!  This is one of my new favorite jackets for him at the moment! Doesn't he look happy wearing it?
